The numbers are in. Deloitte just ranked CovertSwarm #291 in the EMEA Technology Fast 500.
Deloitte’s 2025 report comes with a thesis, not just a list. Their analysis of this year’s 500 winners argues the EMEA tech ecosystem has moved past chasing growth for its own sake. The companies that make this list now are defined by execution: converting ambition into delivery, building repeatable revenue, scaling in a way that holds up under scrutiny. As Deloitte puts it, ambition today “is less about speed alone, and more about the ability to scale responsibly.” That’s not the line you’d expect in an awards report. It’s also exactly the argument for continuous offensive security over the once-a-year pen test.
The ranking itself is unambiguous. 500 companies across 24 EMEA countries, selected purely on verified revenue growth, no application fee, no nomination process. CovertSwarm grew 595.89% to land at #291, across the entire EMEA technology sector, not a security sub-category. A handful of other security names made the list too. None of them do what we do: continuous offensive security testing delivered as a subscription, not a calendar event.
CovertSwarm was built around one idea: a threat landscape that never stops doesn’t get tested once a year. The model runs in monthly cycles, not annual ones, with a dedicated team of ethical hackers attacking continuously and reporting through a live portal rather than a single PDF delivered months after the fact. That’s been the model from day one, not a pivot made to chase a trend.
Annual testing was built for a threat landscape that held still long enough to schedule around. It doesn’t, and it never really did. What’s changed is the market: more organizations are reaching the same conclusion CovertSwarm started from, and this growth is the result.
“We’re proud of this recognition, but we didn’t build CovertSwarm to win awards. We built it because one cyber test a year was never enough, and the market is finally catching up to that reality. Deloitte’s own report says scale now belongs to the disciplined, not the fastest. That’s the company we’ve built.”
— Anders Reeves, CEO, CovertSwarm
None of this changes what happens day to day at CovertSwarm. It changes what a CISO doing due diligence can now point to: an independently verified number, on a list with no entry fee and no self-nomination, that says the model is scaling at the rate the market actually needs.
