Is CEH worth getting?

The CEH certification provides a basic understanding of the tools, concepts and methodologies used during a penetration test, however, requires a significant portion of self-learning to fully understand these tools due to the lab-based scenarios provided during the course. The CEH is often seen as an entry-level certification for people wanting to break into Penetration Testing as a career.

Which course is more beneficial, CEH or CHFI?

CHFI or Computer Hacking Forensic Investigator is another course provided by the EC-Council which can provide the students with the ability to perform digital forensics through examinations of a computer hard disk or other media such as USB devices. The CHFI course also teaches students how to conduct investigations and collect evidence correctly in the event of a breach.
