ABOUT DOMINIKA
Dom Pietrzak is CovertSwarm’s AI Automation Engineer. Since joining the Swarm in February 2025, she’s pioneered how artificial intelligence accelerates offensive security operations. Her focus? Building advanced AI capabilities. From simple generative solutions to sophisticated multi-agent systems that think like attackers.
Her background isn’t typical for cybersecurity. In fact, Dom started in marketing. Then she pivoted to software engineering. Now she applies machine learning fundamentals to offensive security challenges. Along the way, she’s worked as an engineer for Gymshark, The Economist, and Capgemini. This breadth matters. She brings product development discipline to security tooling. As a result, she understands how AI integrates into real business workflows. Which makes her better at breaking them.
Dom holds an MSc in Artificial Intelligence. Strong machine learning fundamentals. Hands-on model training experience. Her thesis focused on building a multi-LLM offensive security assistant. That research directly informs her work at CovertSwarm today. Therefore, she doesn’t just use AI tools. She builds them. Trains them. Then exploits the assumptions baked into their design.
Currently at CovertSwarm, Dom is focused on one question. How can AI make continuous offensive security faster, smarter, and more adaptive? Her work spans the full spectrum. From automating reconnaissance and vulnerability discovery to developing AI-powered attack chains that evolve in real time. Additionally, she’s a recognized voice on AI security risks. Publishing research on prompt injection vulnerabilities, multi-agent system exploitation, and emerging threats from AI assistants like Microsoft Copilot.
Beyond engineering, Dom is also a LeadDev speaker and panelist. She’s talked about engineering productivity, feature management, and creating space for innovation. Ultimately, her philosophy applies equally to development and security. Automate the repetitive. Focus on what matters.
