His background spans B2B technology, edtech, fintech, and regulated industries. Earlier in his career, Santi worked at Colgate-Palmolive, managing multi-million-dollar budgets and leading cross-functional teams across LATAM. That foundation in brand and commercial rigour has informed everything since. Because before you can generate demand, you have to understand what you are actually selling and who you are selling it to.

Since joining the Swarm in November 2023, Santi has applied that same discipline to offensive cybersecurity. A complex, high-consideration service with long buying cycles and technically sophisticated buyers requires more than awareness campaigns and content calendars. It requires full-funnel thinking, account-based marketing, and a relentless focus on pipeline quality over vanity metrics. That is precisely his approach.

His credentials reflect the breadth of his expertise. Santi holds a BA (Hons) in Digital Communications and a Marketing MiniMBA, alongside certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, Product Marketing, and Project Management. Not a generalist by accident. A practitioner who has built the analytical and commercial foundation to operate across the full marketing stack.

Prior to CovertSwarm, Santi held senior marketing and business development positions where he drove international expansion, reduced acquisition costs, and improved conversion performance across complex sales environments. He specialises in aligning marketing, sales, and technical teams around a shared pipeline goal. Furthermore, he builds the systems that make that alignment stick over time.

When he’s not mapping buyer journeys or interrogating attribution models, Santi is likely planning his next trip somewhere interesting.
