About Nick
Nick Dibbern joined CovertSwarm as Chief Financial Officer in January 2025, bringing experience from some of the UK’s most recognizable growth-stage companies. Before CovertSwarm, he spent six years on the board at Carwow, working through significant expansion before the business was eventually acquired. Prior to that, he held finance leadership roles at Trainline and Channel 4.
What links those roles is scale, complexity, and the particular challenge of funding and sustaining rapid growth without losing commercial discipline. That combination is exactly what CovertSwarm needed at the point Nick joined.
