Frequently Asked Questions

What is the CovertSwarm Portal?

The CovertSwarm Portal is the workspace where you and your Swarm of ethical hackers work together. It shows what’s being targeted, what’s been found and what needs fixing, with attack plans, findings, retests and reports in one place. It’s how you see and direct the work behind your subscription.

Is the CovertSwarm Portal a PTaaS platform?

It covers what buyers expect from a penetration testing as a service (PTaaS) platform: findings as they’re published, retest requests and downloadable reports. The difference is what sits behind it. The Portal supports Constant Cyber Attack, a continuous, human-led subscription that attacks across digital, physical and social routes, not just scheduled pen tests.

Can I see findings before the final report?

Yes. Your Swarm publishes findings in the Portal as they’re confirmed, so you don’t have to wait for an end-of-engagement report. Each finding shows its priority and current status, so your team can start fixing the most serious issues straight away.

How does retesting work?

Once your team has fixed a weakness, request a retest from your Swarm in the Portal. Your Swarm attacks it again to check whether the fix holds. If it does, the finding is marked as resolved. If it doesn’t, you see what’s still exposed and what to do next. Either way, you get evidence, not assumptions.

How can I see the Portal before subscribing?

Schedule a demo and we’ll walk you through the Portal, from attack plans and findings to retests and reporting, so you can see how you’d work with your Swarm day to day.
